This Privacy Policy describes how Nifty O.E. ("we", "us", the "Controller") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you visit restaurantguru.gr and use our connected applications. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Greek Law 4624/2019.

We only collect the data needed to provide our services:
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, and message content when you complete the contact form or request a quote.
- Account data: when you create an account for our applications, your name, email, hashed password, and business details (venue name, website, address).
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, pages visited, and date and time of access.
- Cookies and similar technologies: as described in detail in our Cookie Policy.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of data (sensitive data) and do not request such information through the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process your data for the following purposes, on the corresponding legal bases under Article 6 GDPR:
- Responding to enquiries (form, email, phone): performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, and our legitimate interest in answering your questions.
- Creating and managing your account in our applications: performance of the service contract.
- Operating, securing, and improving the website: our legitimate interest in smooth and secure operation.
- Using non-essential cookies: based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Complying with legal obligations: where required by law (e.g. tax obligations).
4. Sharing with third parties
We never sell your personal data. We may share it only with trusted service providers (processors) acting on our behalf, such as:
- hosting and server infrastructure providers within the EU,
- email delivery providers for managing correspondence,
- our font provider (Bunny Fonts), which does not collect personal data and does not store your IP address for advertising purposes.
All processors are contractually bound to protect your data. We may also disclose data to public authorities where required by law.
5. International transfers
Your data is stored and processed primarily within the European Economic Area (EEA). If a provider is located outside the EEA, we ensure the transfer is covered by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

- contact messages: up to 24 months from the last interaction,
- account data: for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period after deletion,
- data required by law (e.g. invoices): for the period set by legislation.

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including connection encryption (HTTPS/SSL), password hashing, access control, and regular backups. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure.

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 15, and we do not knowingly collect data from such individuals. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it.
