("we", "us", the "Controller") collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data when you visit restaurantguru.gr and use our connected applications. We do not knowingly collect special categories of data (sensitive data) and do not request such information through the website.

• Creating and managing your account in our applications: performance of the service contract.
• Operating, securing, and improving the website: our legitimate interest in smooth and secure operation.

• Complying with legal obligations: where required by law (e.g. tax obligations).

4. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your personal data. We may share it only with trusted service providers (processors) acting on our behalf, such as:

• hosting and server infrastructure providers within the EU,
• email delivery providers for managing correspondence,
• our font provider (Bunny Fonts), which does not collect personal data and does not store your IP address for advertising purposes.
