Lauer House

Lauer House has served Sarti since 2005, and in a village that fills with visitors from across Europe every summer, its reputation had always travelled by word of mouth. Our job was to turn that reputation into a digital presence that works as hard as the kitchen does, and that the family could run entirely on their own.

That ruled out an off-the-shelf template. We built a custom platform so that everything, from the daily specials to the live-music nights and the seasonal opening hours, is edited in one place and published in every language a guest might speak. New dishes and articles are drafted automatically in all sixteen languages and simply reviewed before they go live, so keeping the site current never becomes a chore.

The site also looks after itself. Fresh reviews arrive on the homepage on their own, bookings reach the family through the channels guests already use, and a quiet layer of performance and search work means the page loads instantly and shows up whether someone is searching on Google or asking an AI assistant where to eat in Sarti.

Marketing runs almost on autopilot, too. Photos uploaded to the site are given captions and titles by AI in the restaurant's own voice, then scheduled and posted automatically to Instagram and Facebook through Buffer, while a newsletter keeps regulars in the loop, all from the same panel the family already uses.

That content works hard, too. The blog articles and Greek-specialities recipes rank for a wide range of prominent search terms, from local dining queries to classic Greek recipes, bringing a steady stream of visitors every day. Combined with the constant flow of fresh reviews, it helped push Lauer House to the top of Sarti's restaurant ranking on TripAdvisor.
